Selected work

Seven sites, seven different jobs.

A website is not one craft. A shop that wants to be remembered needs something loud. A wine bar needs restraint. A roofing contractor needs a page that turns visitors into booked jobs. An artist needs the work to speak and everything else to get out of the way. These seven were built to show that range, end to end, by one person.

Every brand below is invented. These are self-initiated concept pieces, not client work, and each site says so on the page. Real client work is covered under NDA or lives on its own domain.

The Melt Riot homepage: a three-scoop ice cream cone dripping down a waffle cone against deep purple, with sprinkles piled along the bottom of the page.

Melt Riot

Ice cream shop

A three-scoop cone that actually melts as you scroll, sprinkles with real physics that pile up on the floor of the page, and a flavour picker that spins and lands. Loud on purpose.

ullage.builtbyangela.com
The Ullage homepage: the bar's name set large beside a dictionary-style definition, with a dark wine bottle whose empty neck space is marked.

Ullage

Natural wine bar

The opposite register. A by-the-glass list you filter by how a wine drinks rather than by its colour, a printed-menu layout for the food, and a reservation panel that genuinely works, down to closing on Mondays.

truepitch.builtbyangela.com
The Truepitch Roofing homepage: a bold headline beside a live roof estimate card showing a price range and a line-item breakdown.

Truepitch Roofing

Home services

Built around one idea: know the price before we knock. A working estimator sits in the hero and prices a roof from size, pitch, tear-off layers and material, with the full line-item breakdown and a financing figure.

drydown.builtbyangela.com
The Drydown homepage: a glowing amber perfume bottle lit in darkness, beside the brand name and a list of five fragrances.

Drydown

Fragrance house

A bottle drawn entirely in code that catches the light as you move. Pick a different scent and the whole page relights. The centrepiece plays a fragrance across eight hours on skin, note by note.

stillgood.builtbyangela.com
The Still Good homepage: a deep green hero reading "The food is still good", with live counters for pounds rescued today.

Still Good

Nonprofit

A food rescue org in Long Island City. A giving widget that shows exactly what a donation buys in diesel and driver hours, a route map you can point at, and impact numbers with the table behind them.

rask.builtbyangela.com
The Ines Rask homepage: the artist's name set very large in light type on near-white, beside a drawing of thousands of fine ink lines following a current.

Ines Rask

Artist portfolio

A generative artist, so the work on the page is the work. Six drawing programs run live in the browser, each one different every time it loads. Open any piece and you can change the rule behind it and watch it redraw.

aubry.builtbyangela.com
The Atelier Aubry calibre page: a fully assembled watch movement drawn in line, with jewels, blued screws and striped bridges.

Atelier Aubry

Independent watchmaker

The most technical of the set. A mechanical movement assembles itself part by part as you scroll, with a guided tour of each component, and the balance starts oscillating once the last bridge goes on. Every gear is generated in code from a radius and a tooth count, not drawn by hand. Then a configurator that redraws the watch live across four cases, four dials and three hand styles.
